There are specialist recorded webinars with industry experts that drill deeper down into topics like sourcing. The insights I have gained from these will very likely affect my cash flow in a positive way by avoiding costly mistakes in the future. I have had a very recent experience with Jungle Scouts Customer Support, too. I couldnt access some of the Mastermind video series, so I created a support ticket. The customer support agent (CSA) was quick to respond to my request with a detailed list of steps to take to try and resolve the issue. These suggestions didnt work for my particular case, however the CSA was persistent and patient and suggested further ideas. It was looking more likely that there was a problem at their end. To resolve my situation, I was sent the rest of the videos in an email with links to them and was able to continue working on my learningresearch. Not long after this I found that the problem had been resolved on the website, so clearly Jungle Scout were quick to sort out whatever the technical issue was and helped keep me on track in the meantime. All of this occurred from the morning of Friday the 11th September to the morning of Monday the 14th of September, so I was impressed with the turnaround; especially as it included a weekend. Customer service support seems to be an area where companies often fall down based on my experience. The CSA that helped me is an exemplar of a Masterclass in customer service and has influenced my decision to remain with Jungle Scout longer term. I wasted valuable time by not doing this, however Ive learnt from my mistake. Is Jungle Scout A Scam Update This ReviewFor example, what I have learnt from the sourcing webinars on communication methods means I no longer need to pay for a virtual landline number and so have already saved money for my business before Ive even sold anything I still have more to explore and use with Jungle Scout and will update this review at the appropriate time.
